Using the Online Shop

- To create Accounts, Customer shall be obliged to make Registration. Registration is required for the submission of orders by customers in online shop.

Price and payment
- Our Course fees appear on our website and are confirmed in your booking confirmation form.
- The price of the product and courses (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order.
- Payment is made at the time of booking.
- 50% non-refundable Deposit of the classroom face to face Course fee must be paid on the date of your booking.
- Course certificates will not be produced whilst any fees are due and outstanding.
Subscription
- If you purchase a subscription, we will share your information with our partners so that they can provide services under the subscription. When the subscription ends for whatever reason, any data shared with or collected by those parties shall be deleted by them.
- we will automatically take payment using the details you have provided at the frequency you agreed when you purchased the subscription. We will continue to take payments at this frequency for as long as the subscription continues.
- Where you have purchased a subscription, you can cancel that subscription at any time via your account. If you cancel a subscription part way through a period, you will retain access to the subscribed content during the remaining part of the subscription period, after which point your access will terminate automatically. After the subscription has ended, you will retain access to any course (and any relevant certification) you completed prior to the subscription ending. However, you will lose access to any part-completed courses. If you later purchase a new subscription, you will not regain access to any part-completed courses and will need to start them again.
